Read about Susan
Susan works for us on an occasional basis, covering for holidays and time off.
She graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies following a BSc Hons Degree in Anatomy at Glasgow University.
She worked in a busy mixed practice in Durham before moving to Fife where she spent a further 2 and a half years in mixed practice before electing to work entirely with small animals.
She enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, but has a particular interest in ophthalmology (eyes) having completed a GP Certificate in Ophthalmology in 2012, a very useful further qualification that she hopes to take further in future.
We often ask Susan to look at eye cases that we feel will benefit from her expertise.
Susan lives in St. Andrews with her husband Robin and the universally worshipped and adored rescue spaniel Betty. Interests include dog walking around Fife and the Isle of Arran, skiing, reading, cooking and eating great food and the occasional (less great) few holes of golf with Betty and Robin.
Both Angus and Gill have worked with Susan previously so we knew she would slot straight into our team.
